Frequently Asked Questions
1) Are the canvas designs hand painted or drawn?
Originally these beautiful designs were hand panted on canvas but since have been designed and reproduced as fine art Giclée (the process of making fine art prints from a digital source) in order to produce more efficiently. All of our designs are copyrighted and originally produced by our artist.
2) Are there Frames or canvas stretchers for display?
We are currently working on framing options through our website for our 13x17 scroll size. Please continue to check in with us periodically for that information. In the mean time may we suggest displaying your scrolls as ornaments in your Christmas tree or bundled together in a decorative bucket by your fireplace.
3) Is there a smaller option to the 13x17 size or is that the only size?
We do offer an 8x10 size in two Party Pack options with six different designs in each. Please see our Products page to view these options.
4) What is the suggested preservation method for after Santa has come and gone?
We have included an elastic band that holds the scrolls in place with a front piece of canvas for recording the child’s name and year. We suggest using these scrolls as decorative displays in your house for the Holiday season. Such ideas include using them in your child’s or family’s Christmas tree as ornamental decoration or storing them in a decorative bucket to sit next to the fireplace. The 8x10 size is perfect for the scrapbooking mom who can insert them in most all scrap books. Options to come on our site are framing and matted scrapbook preservation methods for the 13x17 size. Please continue to check with us as we are still developing these options.
5) Can we change our mind on a scroll design after we’ve ordered?
Cancellation Policy
Once you have placed your order if you want to cancel it, your cancellation notice must be received via fax and within 24 hours. Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this policy. Please check your order over carefully! We cannot cancel or change an order after it has been sent to processing. No exceptions. We highly stress that you review and consider your order carefully before completing the ordering process.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive damaged merchandise, we must be notified within 2 days. At that time we will assign you a damaged claim number. As soon as we are notified, we will be happy to re-ship your product. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper and they will reimburse you. It is also important that you keep the damaged box and all contents for inspection to prove your claim. UPS and Federal Express must have this in order to approve a damage claim.
Return Policy For Unopened Items
As a re-seller if you are unhappy with our products for any reason please return your unopened merchandise to the place of purchase for a credit towards an exchange of merchandise. Once the original product is received back at our facility we will issue a credit to you and you can exchange that returned product for the initial purchase price, excluding shipping. Please note we will NOT under any circumstances offer a credit back to your account with us. You will also need to pay for shipping your new item to you.
6) Are there options to buy in bulk as a wholesaler?
